]]> Last Saturday we went to Clover beach in Linden. The idea was to give my feet therapy as they have been hurting so much in the morning. Dipping them in cold water was truly a challenge. I was dreading the moment but it turned out not to be as bad as I thought. Ended up doing 15 min. Unfortunately Lar’s legs did not fare well with the angle steps going into the beach. 🙁
